Over this past school year, I was given the opportunity to look at a single building in more depth than I ever had before. While the work sometimes felt overwhelming, I can confidently say that I came out of this thesis project with a better understanding of - and preparedness to work in - the construction industry. I looked at building systems in ways that I have never considered before. I also received help from many sources throughout the year which really helped show me the collaborative side of the industry.

Along the way, having a website to categorize all my thoughts and findings was a big help. This Wix site will hopefully serve as proof to the word (and myself) that putting in many hours of work towards one project can can create great results. I'm excited for whatever the future holds, and I believe that this project helped prepare me for it.
